The head of academy has the permission to perform different activities on a group specifically Creating groups, Deleting groups, assigning heads, removing students and adding students to a specific group. Here we will only discuss on how to add and delete group, we will discuss about the activities that can be performed on the students and the heads of education in the Roles page.

To add a group follow the below steps

  1. Navigate to the Add Groups page using the sidebar.

  2. Enter the Group Name.

  3. Provide a Short Name for the group (e.g., G5A).

  4. Add a Description outlining the purpose of the group.

  5. Assign the Heads of Academy.

  6. Select the Country the group belongs to.

  7. Submit

To delete a group follow the below steps

  1. Select the group to be deleted from the drop down

  2. Click Delete
